Narrative

Discovered a roof fall in the GL4 panel in the crosscut to the left of spad 2715. Fall is approximately 4' thick x 19' wide x 30' long and was bolted with #5 x 48"" fully-grouted resin roof bolts. This area is 8700' from the active section.
