Narrative

EE was moving two 13"" tires from the back of the mantrip to the front deck of the mantrip. When he placed the tires on the deck he felt pain in his lower back. The EE went to Med Express where he was examined by a Physician Assistant. EE was seen by a Doctor on 3/22/2010.
