Narrative

Employee was performing cleanup activities and while cutting brush and tree limbs, came into contact with poison ivy or poison oak. Employee was treated by a Dr the following day with an injection and again 4 days later prescribed medication. Employee was allergic and broke out with a severe rash on his arms neck and torso.
