Roof fall was at x-cut 30 in 1 west mains between no. 6 and No. 8 entries. Fall was 20'W x 100'L x 5' Thick. Set posts at all approaches to fall. Area was bolted with 5"" torque tension bolts with A3 resin. Area was mined in 10/09.
