Narrative

While employee was working to fix platform above 6-1 circulating pump. He was standing on valve handle and circulating pump. He lost his balance while using cutting torch and fell backwards onto his backside. Level of fall was about 2'. On 3/25/2010, EE given minor walking restrictions. Return to full duty on 3/29/2010.
