Narrative

Employee was exposed to hydrochloric acid (HCL) fumes while working and developed eye, throat and respiratory irritation along with a headache. The exposure resulted from a spill of approximately 100 gallons of HCL at the HCL storage tanks. The employee was working in an adjacent building.
