Employee reported radiating pain down his arm on 2/17/10 and was treated by company doctor for Tendonitis. Initial treatment helped but over the course of the past few weeks pain radiated down both sides of employees arm. Doctor re-examined employee on 4/14/10 and employee was give prescription medication and placed on restricted duty for at least one week.
