## Narrative

In the process of installing a roof bolt off the miner in 2 South rehab area. When installing a cartridge of resin into the hole, he stepped on the step provided on the rib protector and was putting his other foot on the drill mast and when he shifted his weight he felt a ""pop"" on the back side of his right knee.
