## Narrative

The injured fractured his right leg and bruised some ribs when he slipped and fell after he stepped on the steel plate attached to the foot shaft on a feeder.  The feeder was locked out because it had gobbed out and the crew was cleaning it.  When the injured fell he landed on the conveyor chain, on his right side and back.
