## Narrative

Employee stated that he was walking toward the face, watching the miner cable as it was being pulled up. He walked through a pull thru curtain next to the rib and stepped on a pile of small rock and gob, causing him to slip and trip, twisting his left ankle and knee. He has been scheduled for surgery 05/03/2010 after a MRI that showed a torn Meniscus.
