Narrative

He was leaving the analyzer building, walking around the sample building when he slipped on ice and landed on his left shoulder, twisting his back and causing a tear of the supraspinatus tendon. He continued to work at his regular duties until 4/22/10, when he was removed from work for surgery to repair the torn supraspinatus tendon.
