Employee twisted and stepped down exiting tractor. He felt a ""pop"" and then pain in the back of his left knee during this movement. Employee notified supervision and was taken to nurses office for evaluation. Originally treated as a minor first aid, incident became recordable on 4/26 when restricted duty and further treatment was prescribed by Physician.
