Narrative

Employee was checking rib for Ore, when he bumped up against a rock & it fell/rolled onto his foot, causing a contusion. He went to medic on site, we sent him in for x-rays, which came back negative. He then went on days off, during this time, his foot still hurt, so he went to doctor on 5/3/2010 which gave him some modified duty within his normal job.
