## Narrative

Employee & co-workers replacing belt drive motor. The motor was blocked and lifted by come-a-long onto the bed plate. Employee using a rock bar to assist in positioning the motor onto the bed plate.  During positioning motor, supporting eye-bolt stripped out of top motor. Motor fell 10"" striking employees lower left leg causing a simple fracture.
