Narrative

The employee was operating the miner attempting to cut a feeder hole. He had stopped the miner and was attempting to walk past the cutting head when one of the tram levers came in contact with a bit on the drum of the miner, resulting in the miner tram to engage and catch the operator between the drum and the rib.
