## Narrative

Employee was exiting the bed of service vehicle when he lost his footing. He fell to the quarry floor. A witness asked him if he was injured. He complained his neck & back were hurt. The witness called for help & asked injured to remain still until paramedics arrived. X-rays/MRIs negative & he was back that evening at 6:00PM. He was told to relax the next day anad returned to work
