## Narrative

The employee was cleaning out the duct work on the miner. He opened the door on the top of the duct work to clean it out. While the door was open the employee put his hand inside the duct work, then the door fell on his hand. The employee suffered contusions to his left wrist. The employees wrist continued to hurt and he started missing work on 4-27-09.
