Narrative

EE was bolting on the left side of the Joy miner and finished the bolting cycle. EE walked to the rear of the miner and with no warning the rib (22' long & 13"" thick) rolled out striking him in the head area and pinned him against the miner. EE suffered a broken collar bone & a bruised lung.
