## Narrative

EE was working on roll crusher & found a leak in pressurized 1"" nitrogen hose.  As he tightened fitting to stop leak, the hose blew off striking him on the side of his head & across upper right back & shoulder, knocking him into the handrail.  EE was transported to ER. He sustained bruises & abrasions to back/shoulder area. Possible hearing loss (too early to tell).
