## Narrative

After shanking the steel on the jumbo, employee rattled it loose, grabbed steel to un-screw it and the collar started to un-screw also. He grabbed the collar to hold it & it was hot from the rattling steel, and it burnt the palm of his left hand, resulting in 2nd degree burn.
