Narrative

EE stated: He was shoveling in the area near the 3B header/3A tailpiece. He attempted to use his shovel to pick up 1/2 of a kettlebottom that he estimated at a weight of 10 lbs. He said that the floor area was wet and he slipped and fell onto one knee. This caused pain in his lower back on the right side. He stated that he picked the rock up by hand afterwards.
