A loader operator backed away from the dig face with a full bucket. When the operator moved forward, they articulated with bucket in the air. The loader began to rock side to side. While applying the brake, the operator went to put the bucket on the ground and the loader came over on its left side. The operator was wearing their seat belt at the time of the incident.
