Narrative

Air diverter head was being removed from the 7"" surface casing, using a tool winch. The head was stuck on the casing. EE reached in to straighten the head when it suddenly came loose crushing the first three fingers on EE's left hand between the head and the drill table. First two fingers were broken all 3 fingers were lacerated.
