## Narrative

EE stated that he was roofbolting in #6 entry, and was partially under the canopy when he was struck by a piece of rock (2'X 3'X 2"". The rock struck the canopy then rolled off the edge of the canopy. EE had neck pain and tingling in his left hand. EE RTW  on hi snext shift,but began missing on 5/25/10.
