#3 Top Station - EE was attempting to align an empty powder truck with the conveyance to load it, slid the truck around by grabbing and moving with his hands. Unaware the forks of the lift truck were close. EE caught ""R"" hand between powder truck and fork on forklift . Laceration (4 sutures) to back of ""R"" hand.
