An underground laborer was dragging roads when he encountered problems with the drag. He could not get the drag to release from its upward position, so injured untightened a hydraulic hose fitting. When doing so, this released pressure to the drag, which fell down upon injured's left foot. Injured was transported to local hospital with a puncture wound and some broken toes.
