## Narrative

Employee was performing a brake job on a haul truck, when he began to feel his eye become irritated. He did not notify anyone of the eye problem until 6/4/2010 he was then sent to the hospital to remove foreign body. It was removed and he was released back to regular duty the same day. Employee reports wearing safety glasses while performing job duties.
