## Narrative

Three mechanics were working on a EX-1900 excavator. Injured EE was tightening bolts on the right bucket cylinder guard. The mechanic was using a 1/2"" impact wrench,when the socket attached to the impact wrench slipped off of the bolt and came off of the impact wrench. The socket struck the EE on the right side of the upper-lip.
