Narrative

Employee was cutting existing fill from inside Cell 1 of the Maggie Creek cooling tower. Fill media 3-4' behind employee collapsed pulling the vertical column post which employee was using as a tie off point causing employee to drop approximately 22' to the basin. Multiple fractures.
