## Narrative

While moving ATV to a new boring location, wet mud began to build up on rear ATV tires.  Employee got out with a shovel to try and remove the accumulated mud.  The shovel became stuck in the mud, and when he attempted dislodge it, he states he felt and heard a ""snap"" in his lower back.  He had a co-worker accompany him to the vehicle and drive him to the hospital.
