The miner crew was loading in the no.4 face on no.8 section cutting bottom on the curtain side when the ignition occurred, using a three push system, the cut was ten foot deep. The flame was orange in color and lasted approximately 2 minutes, with six fire extinguishers used to extinguish the ignition.
