## Narrative

The employee had a ladder set up outside the BC108 building. He was almost to the top disconnecting a conduit with a pipe wrench. The pipe wrench slipped and he lost his balance and fell off the ladder. He first hit a snow cover which was below him and then he hit the ground. MSHA lost time accident***05/28/10.
