## Narrative

The employee was using a hand drill to make a hole in a section of plastic pipe.  While holding the drill, the drill bit stuck and jerked his arm and shoulder.  Employee continued to work until June 2, 1010 at which time he went off work.  Accident did not become reportable until June 2, 2010.
