## Narrative

Employee was lifting a trap door panel on a miner. He hit the hand he was lifting with against a roof bolt causing him to drop the door on his other hand. He had a small laceration that later healed but swelling continued. On 6/8/10 he was x-rayed and a small fracture was found in his thumb.
