Narrative

Mechanic, was climbing the access ladder of a CAT 992C loader to check a reported problem. Upon climbing the access ladder he felt a ""pull & burning"" in his abdomen. He reported the incident to supervisor the next morning. EE saw his doctor at a later date who said he would need to schedule a ""hernia"" surgery.
