## Narrative

EE was bolting on the alpine miner, both 4' drill steels were stuck in the roof. EE was bringing the 2' steel to meet with the stuck steel. When meeting up with the other steels the 2' steel kicked to the right pinning the EE hand against the steel and bolter mast. EE received 19 sutures and fracture to the index finger.
