## Narrative

Employee with crew members were removing the rear bed liner from haul Truck 457 with the overhead crane. The liner popped loose and the employee stepped back to get out of the way and slipped on some loose dirt on the floor. Falling on the floor on his right side landing on his right wrist. Right wrist sprain.
