## Narrative

An employee was removing a pump impellar by using the drive belts and a bar. The bar slipped and the employee's hand went into the sheave causing their little finger to be pinched in between the belt and sheave. The employee was transported to Nye Regional Medical Center where it was determined that their finger was fractured and they recieved 7 stitches.
