## Narrative

Member was installing the last row of roof bolts in the #6 Entry. He slipped on a piece of rock and reached out to grab something to regain his balance. He accidentally grabbed hold of the rotating drill steel causing tissue damage in his right shoulder. EE continued to work until going to Raleigh General Hospital on 06-22-10 and was told the damage would require surgery.
