## Narrative

EE was operating a skid-steer loader, cleaning material spills off of the screening plant floor. A hydraulic hose blew out and sprayed the employee in the eyes. Employee rinsed with water and went home, reported irritation on 6/23/2010. EE was wearing contacts at the time of the accident.
