Narrative

IEE and two other members were removing a 12"" I-beam from the walkway and stopped to rest. When they picked it up again the EE felt a pain in his abdomen and neck. He was fitted with a C-colla r and was transported outside and then to the ER where he was diagnosed with a bi-lateral hernia.
