4600-146E Ramp. On June 4th EE was rock bolting behind brow, rock came from behind brow down rock bolt steel hitting ""L"" hand. EE went back to clinic on June 24th for follow-up. X-rayed again. Fracture to ""L"" distal radius, cast was applied
