Narrative

Employee was working in the Pipeline process refinery. As he was looking up to see a route to run a new pipe and some strip solution, which contained caustic and other chemicals, dripped and struck the employees safety glasses and splashed him in his left eye. He was taken to NNRH and his eye was flushed. He had a slight abrasion and eyedrops were prescribed.
