A fall of roof was discovered in the 2nd Northwest Parallels, in the #7 Entry from x-cut 31 to x-cut 32. The fall was approximately 182ft long x 19ft wide x 6 1/2ft high. This fall was previously reported on e-document #1066134 on 2/24/2010. Per a discussion with a D10 Roof Control Specialist it was determined that (2) separate roof falls could not be reported on the same 7000-1.
