A fall of roof was discovered in the 2nd Northwest Parallel in #7 entry from x-cut #5 to #6, extending to #6 entry at x-cut #6. The fall was approx 250ft long x 19ft wide x 6 1/2ft high. This fall was previously reported on e-document 1066134. Per a discussion with D10 Roof Control Specialist it was determined that 2 separate falls could not be reported on the same 7000-1
