A fall of roof was discovered in the 3rd Northwest Submain in the #2 Entry at x-cut 24. The fall was approx 25ft long x 20ft wide x 6 - 8ft high. This fall was previously reported on e-document #1066145. Per a discussion with D10 Roof Control Specialist it was determined that 2 separate falls could not be reported on the same 7000-1.
