## Narrative

Employee complained of numbness in his finger tips.  no incident to report, this has been coming on for awhile. He reported this to us on 4/10/10 - we sent him to doctor, it was determined it was an occupational --carpal tunnel. He missed no days of work until surgery, which was on 6/29/10.
