Narrative

Storeroom Supervisor was walking back into the NW corner door of the storeroom at approx 1:20 PM when he lost his balance and fell onto the pavement in front of the storeroom. He went down onto his right side causing an injury to his right hip and upper right leg femur requiring surgery to repair on June 25, 2010. Off work presently until recovery is complete.
