## Narrative

EE was helping change a bearing on S7 screen on the dredge. He was removing the counterweight from the shaft. When he slid the counterweight of the end of the shaft it dropped approx 3"" & pinched left index finger between the counterweight he was removing & the counterweight on the bottom.
