Narrative

While walking down the C-2 belt to shovel he twisted his left knee and felt pain. He went to a physician and was removed from work on 6/21/2010. An MRI was performed and the impression is a small nondisplaced posterior degenerative tear of the medial meniscus. Please consider this incident an OI due to physical agent. MRI report is included.
